SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
Once an order is confirmed, we aim to have it wrapped & dispatched within 24 hours
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of the order to the destination of the shipment
Your Shipment may be delivered by : UPS - ROYAL MAIL - FEX-EX - DPD - PARCEL FORCE
We will aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, the time will vary depending on the courier and your shipment address however all orders should arrive within 3 - 7 days after being placed
If any delays should arise on our part, the recipient will be informed within 24hrs
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you received a product and are unhappy with your purchase, Please do not do anything that may alter the original state of the item as this may have your refund rejected.
Simply Re-package the item and send it back to us and we will be happy to issue you a full refund
we offer a 48-hour limit for you to raise a ticket and repost your item for you to get a full refund
Once this time limit has passed, unfortunately, we cannot refund your item and will have to offer other alternatives such as store credit, partial refund, exchange of items ...etc
These options are available for refund inquiries that have been made within 14 days of receiving an item, however not to worry we are happy to discuss valuable solutions
